After training as a graphic designer under Pierre Dardel, Françoise Caillette-Deneubourg worked in advertising for ten years, before turning to painting.
Since 1996, she has been criss-crossing the planet on foot, sketching moments of life, faces and landscapes as she goes.
Her notebooks track the ephemeral and enable her to share the emotions of her encounters.
The quality of the portraits she sketches is always moving, making her one of the most impressive portraitists among travel painters.
She lives in Antony, on the outskirts suburbs of Paris.
