Just a few hours before the opening of the Salon du Livre Gourmand in Périgueux, the Domaine de Cazenac is delighted to welcome Alessandra Pierini for an autumnal interlude.
In an enchanting setting, experience Italian culinary art revisited with carefully selected local ingredients.
Alessandra Pierini, ambassador of transalpine cuisine, will share her secrets during a master class and other convivial moments highlighted by seasonal dishes and wines from the Dordogne valley to be enjoyed around the wood stove and in the château's historic cellar.
