In an enchanting setting, experience Italian culinary art revisited with carefully selected local ingredients.
Alessandra Pierini, ambassador of transalpine cuisine, will share her secrets during a master class and other convivial moments highlighted by seasonal dishes and wines from the Dordogne valley to be enjoyed around the wood stove and in the château's historic cellar.

Masterclass with Alessandra Pierini

9.30am - Italian cooking workshop focusing on chestnuts and other autumn ingredients
After lunch: tasting of Italian products at the château
